The new government has inherited a series of critical healthcare challenges: overburdened hospitals, limited access to specialized medical care, and lagging digitalization.

The “immediate direct payment” model should be complemented by an approach that places the patient at the center of digital interactions, allowing them to freely choose the services they wish to access.

After a long period of stagnation, these challenges are only growing. The AMMD stands ready to support the new government in implementing the necessary reforms to enhance the healthcare system for the benefit of patients.
