The Government Approves the Bill Establishing the « Centrale Nationale d’Achat et de Logistique » (CNAL).

This new entity aims to optimize joint procurement and logistics for healthcare products and equipment in the hospital sector. However, the out-of-hospital sector is not included in its scope.

The primary goal of the CNAL is to improve, streamline, and enhance the efficiency of procurement and logistics processes within hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Additionally, the CNAL will manage the national strategic stock of medical and pharmaceutical supplies, ensuring readiness to address shortages and crises effectively.
